How do subsidised alarm packages work ?
Choose from a range of our most common packages or we can design a bespoke system for you. Once the components of your alarm system have been decided, simply choose which plan suits your budget. Subsidies are based on monitoring fees and contract term; choose to pay a little more each month for the monitoring fee and / or sign up for a longer contract period and we'll apply a bigger subsidy - more info
Minimum contract term 36 monnth total payment including equiptment and monitoring $1386.00. Non Monitored option $895.00

We use the same quality products that are used in our monitored systems, making it a simple and inexpensive way to upgrade to a monitored system later if required.

Prices & offer shown are based on a hard wired system installed in a single storey brick & tile home in Perth Greater Metro. Full terms and conditions on request. Remote upgrade replaces door entry contact as stated in the examples shown.

Choice of System.
Every customer is appointed a dedicated consultant who will design a bespoke security system to meet your needs. Your appointed consultant will be your single point of contact throughout the whole process from design to installation and beyond. There are a range of systems to choose from including perimeter, internal or a combination of both. These systems come as a wired or wireless option.
Choice of Plan.
At AffinityOne, we believe in giving our customers a choice of options including:
· Non Monitored (local)
· Monitored (back to base) Discounted systems for contract customers
Non Monitored (local) and back to base (monitored). Our monitored plans offer the benefits of alerting yourself, your key holders and (where applicable), the Police or Security Guards. In addition, your alarm is tested remotely either weekly or daily to ensure peak performance.
There is a 12 month contract on our standard monitored alarms, however we believe in rewarding our customers for committing to a longer contract period. In return you can rest assured that your monitoring fee is fixed for the duration of the minimum contract period and as a reward for your loyalty a discount of up to $600 will be deducted from our standard installation charge.
